Factory Town, an electronic-focused venue in Miami with warehouses and open-air stages, hosts Hocus Pocus from October 30 to November 1, 2026 for three nights of music. Situated on seven acres of industrial space, it is home for dancers weekend after weekend in the 305. This fall and winter, the venue will host an array of dance music’s biggest artists, including five nights of events during Art Basel. More on that another time, but confirmed artists include Solomun, HoneyLuv, Chris Lake, and Franky Rizardo.
If you have not got to experience Factory Town yet, raise it higher on your list. If you need help figuring out the venue, finding tickets, and planning your trip, we have your back.
Start with the event, then compare the tickets
CrowdVolt's Factory Town page lets you browse upcoming events and open the ticket listings for your chosen date. Once you identify the event you want, compare available resale options by admission tier, entry conditions and total cost.
| Detail | What to check |
|---|---|
| Event and date | The exact night, especially during Art Basel (Factory Basel for our purposes here) when multiple events kick off on the same days |
| Duration | Single-day admission or a pass covering multiple nights |
| Entry | Any arrival deadline or specific entrance named on the ticket |
| Access | Included stages and any areas limited to a particular ticket type |
| Final price | The total at checkout, including displayed fees |
If friends are buying separately, share the event link and the specifics of the event you want to go to. Saying, “Saturday VIP,” leaves a lot of room for confusion.
For a multi-night trip, choose the nights you can attend before comparing a pass with individual tickets. Include the cost of getting there and back each night. A cheaper cost per night is not useful if you only attend once.
Does a Factory Town ticket cover all stages?
Read the access description for your event. For example, Factory Basel 2026 advertises five-night GA and VIP passes with access to all five stages. VIP passes offer designated viewing areas and other amenities. Factory Basel ticket details
Use what is in writing on your ticket and the organizer’s event description to check access. Factory Town uses DICE, so follow the issuer’s instructions for accepting a transfer. CrowdVolt lets you compare available resale tickets, but delivery is not always instant: ticket timing can depend on when the organizer releases tickets. If you need help with an order, contact CrowdVolt support.
Once the organizer releases the map and set times, take a screenshot for once you’re inside. Seven acres full of partiers can be overwhelming for some of us, especially our first time there. Fear not, be prepared, and dance on.
For entry to Factory Town, follow the ticket issuer's instructions; a saved event map is not a substitute for an admission ticket.
GA vs. VIP at Factory Town
The general venue FAQ says VIP offerings can vary for individual concerts. Compare the actual package description rather than buying on the label alone. Factory Town VIP information
Factory Basel's current VIP description lists a dedicated entry line, on-stage access and elevated viewing decks at Infinity Room and The Park, seating areas and dedicated restrooms. Both its GA and VIP passes advertise access to the five stages. Factory Basel GA and VIP
Re-entry at Factory Town
Factory Town's general FAQ says re-entry is not allowed, but VIP pass holders can utilize re-entry at Hocus Pocus 2026. Our advice is to follow the rules of what is on your ticket and ask questions in writing before trying to leave and come back. General venue FAQ · Hocus Pocus re-entry information
Getting to Factory Town
Factory Town lists its address as 4800 NW 37th Ave, Miami, FL 33142. There is no on-site parking. The venue recommends carpooling or rideshare and warns that people operating parking nearby are not affiliated with it. Official address and parking guidance
When you leave, check the pickup pin before requesting a vehicle and follow any event staff directions about pickup locations. No one likes getting stranded or left behind, and ride share apps can be busy when multiple events end at the same time, so communicate with your group as you’re leaving.
Pack for entry and the journey home
The general FAQ describes an 18+ audience but tells guests to check the individual event's age limit. It requires valid government-issued ID and rejects digital IDs.
Factory Town's posted bag policy allows bags up to 6 × 9 inches without requiring them to be clear. Larger bags must be clear and no larger than 12 × 6 × 12 inches. Recheck your event's rules before leaving home. Official ID and bag policy
Charge your phone, confirm that you can open your ticket account and save your accommodation address. If one person holds the group's tickets, decide whether everyone will enter together. Ask the issuer about permitted transfers before splitting up; do not improvise a handoff at the entrance.
Questions before your first visit
Is Factory Town indoors or outdoors?
The venue describes a complex of warehouses and open-air space, rather than a single indoor room. Check your event's stage map and weather forecast; do not assume that a ticket gives you a covered spot for every set. About Factory Town
Does VIP automatically mean every stage is included?
Use the event's ticket description. Compare stage access separately from amenities and restricted viewing areas.
Can I leave and return later?
Confirm the rule for your event and ticket before leaving. The general venue policy and the Hocus Pocus VIP exception differ, as explained above.
