All CrowdVolt sales are final. You may be penalized in line with CrowdVolt’s Terms of Service if you cancel a sale so we can offer the buyer replacement tickets or a refund. If you sold tickets and can’t deliver them, update us immediately. We'll offer the buyer replacement tickets or a full refund at our sole discretion. We’ll email you to confirm the sale is canceled, and again when we apply any charges.
