Withdrawal or payout availability varies by event. In most cases, your funds are released after a 48-hour review period, after which you can withdraw them to your bank account or apply them toward a purchase on CrowdVolt.

For QR code tickets, funds become available within 48 hours after the event concludes. This hold period is in place to help protect buyers.

Once you initiate a withdrawal, standard withdrawals typically take 2–3 business days to reach your bank account. If your bank is eligible for instant withdrawals, you'll be offered that option as well, with funds arriving in 30 minutes or less.

Please note that withdrawal delays may occur for certain events or primary point-of-sale platforms due to security considerations, at the sole discretion of CrowdVolt.
