Why can't I see my QR code yet?
We keep QR tickets bought on CrowdVolt hidden until closer to the event, so the code can't be copied or shared before it reaches you. Your ticket is secured. It's just held until it's time to go.
When will my QR code be available?
1 hour before doors open, in the venue's local time. Your order shows a countdown, like "Unlocks in 2d 4h" or "Visible at 10/12 at 9PM."
How do I get my QR code once it unlocks?
We'll notify you by push, text, or email when your tickets are ready. Open your order and tap
Activate ticket to reveal your QR, then show it at the door.
What do the different order statuses mean?
- Your tickets are on the way: the seller hasn't delivered yet.
- We have your ticket (Held): your ticket has been delivered and verified, and it unlocks 1 hour before doors.
- Your ticket is ready: tap Activate to reveal your QR.
- Your ticket is activated: tap to see your QR code and show it at the door.
Will my QR code change or expire after I activate it?
No. Your QR code is static, so it won't rotate or expire.
Can I still sell a ticket that's held?
Yes, just head over to the event page and list your ticket for sale!
