If you have an unauthorized credit card charge from CrowdVolt, first make sure it's us. The charge will come from “CrowdVolt."
Do you have more than one CrowdVolt account? Go to “Orders” in each one to see if you bought tickets.
If you still can't find any orders or didn't buy tickets from CrowdVolt, please contact us.
