Should I be concerned if one of the following applies?
No, the following ticket details are normal and don't indicate that your tickets are invalid.
- Someone else's name is on my tickets. Since CrowdVolt is a ticket marketplace, tickets often include the original buyer's name. Most venues don't check the name at the gate. If accompanying ID is required, a seller must provide this to a buyer for the sale to be deemed valid.
- My general admission tickets have a seat number. Venues tend to include seat numbers on general admission tickets to track how many tickets they sold.
- I received a CrowdVolt email instructing I need to use a different ticketing app to access your mobile transfer tickets. Mobile transfer tickets are stored in another account, like Ticketmaster or AXS. You will need to login to your third-party account platform to view your tickets.
