CrowdVolt sales are final. You cannot change or cancel any orders after the sale is complete. This holds true for scenarios where you:
- Can no longer attend
- Purchased tickets for the wrong event
- Purchased too many tickets
- Found cheaper ticket options
- Want to exchange tickets for a different/day or event
However, you can relist your ticket for sale on CrowdVolt or send to a friend!
