Under the K Bridge: before you go

By CrowdVoltSeptember 30, 2026

Under the K Bridge is an outdoor concert site, so plan for the weather as well as the music. For AXS-ticketed events, the starting address is 19 Bridgewater Street, Brooklyn; your GA or VIP ticket determines where you enter. The guidance below applies to those AXS events; other promoters may use different arrangements.

Under the K Bridge address and entrance

For AXS events, the official concert arrival FAQ gives 19 Bridgewater Street, Brooklyn, as the general event and rideshare destination. Follow the current map for your GA or VIP gate. Accessibility arrivals have separate directions in that same FAQ.

Save the event’s entrance map before traveling. The general arrival address gets you to the site; the map gets you to your GA or VIP gate. Agree on a meeting point outside the queues if your group has different ticket tiers.

AXS tickets and entry

AXS attendees should sign into the AXS app before arrival. The published rules prohibit reentry. For a differently ticketed show, use that organizer’s instructions; do not assume another promoter follows the same process.

Check the date, admission tier and any arrival deadline. For a transferred ticket, confirm the receiving account and complete any required acceptance before heading out.

CrowdVolt’s ticket receiving instructions explain the transfer process. Use the original issuer’s supported ticket format. A purchase confirmation or payment record is not a substitute for checking that the entry ticket is accessible.

GA, VIP and Quick Pass

For AXS-ticketed shows, the official FAQ distinguishes the GA and VIP entrances. Quick Pass is an additional entry pass used with a GA ticket, not admission on its own. Check both items if you are buying an add-on, and make sure everyone in your group can use the same gate.

The same FAQ directs GA ticket problems to Ticket Resolution and VIP guests to Guest List. It says ticket resolution closes 45 minutes after the headliner starts, so a late arrival leaves less time to get help. These instructions apply to AXS events; check the organizer for other shows.

Under the K Bridge bag policy and weather

For AXS events, bags are limited to 16 × 16 × 8 inches and umbrellas are prohibited. There is no coat check. The official FAQ links advance locker booking and also describes limited on-site availability, so confirm a locker for your show rather than relying on walk-up storage. A locker reservation does not override prohibited-item rules.

Check the forecast for the journey home as well as arrival. A light layer and permitted rainwear are more useful than relying on the bridge for shelter. Keep your phone charged and protected from rain.

For those AXS events, empty plastic water bottles and hydration packs are allowed after inspection. A water station is available, but cups are not supplied. The FAQ describes shows as rain or shine; bridge cover does not remove the need to dress for the forecast.

Plan the trip home

The concert FAQ advises against driving and lists no venue parking. Check current transit service or arrange a pickup. For accessibility arrangements, read the dedicated arrival section and contact the organizer ahead of the event.

FAQ

What address should I use for Under the K Bridge?

For the AXS events covered here, general entry and rideshare use 19 Bridgewater Street, Brooklyn. Use the event map to continue to the correct ticket gate; accessible arrivals have separate instructions.

What is the Under the K Bridge bag policy?

For AXS-ticketed events, the maximum is 16 × 16 × 8 inches. There is no coat check. Check locker availability separately and do not bring a prohibited item on the assumption that it can be stored.

Can I bring an umbrella or water bottle to Under the K Bridge?

The AXS-event rules prohibit umbrellas and allow inspected empty plastic water bottles and hydration packs. There is a refill station, but cups are not provided.

Does Under the K Bridge Quick Pass include admission?

No. Quick Pass is used alongside a GA admission ticket. Check that you have both before choosing the Quick Pass lane.

Can I leave Under the K Bridge and come back?

The published AXS-event policy does not allow reentry. Finish any off-site plans before entering; for another promoter’s event, read that event’s terms.

Do these rules apply to every Under the K Bridge show?

No. The venue labels this FAQ for AXS-ticketed events. If your show uses a different organizer or issuer, follow its event-specific arrival, bag and ticket instructions.
